Magistrates sending case to the Crown Court

On charges of Harassment and ABH, the Magistrates concluded their 12 months powers of punishment were insufficient in sending the case to the Crown Court for greater sentence.


Once our in-house Barrister put forward powerful mitigation, we are pleased to report that a suspended sentence was imposed instead.
