Extending Police Bail - Refused.

The police made an application to the Court to keep our client for a further 3 months on police bail, which was opposed by Horsman Solicitors.


The Magistrates agreed with legal representations made by the defence in refusing the application, resulting in the previous bail conditions ending for our client.
